Amanda is originally from Smyrna, TN and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to owning Threadzz, Amanda worked for 12 years in retail and fashion. Kevin is a former Vanderbilt football player who went on to play professionally for 5 seasons. Since retiring from the NFL, he has worked as an executive in healthcare. After several years on the west coast (Scottsdale,AZ and San Diego,CA) they decided to move back to Nashville in December 2019.
It has always been a dream for Kevin and Amanda to own a women’s boutique. It was a “chance” meeting when Kevin met the owner of Threadzz, Linda Leath, who was selling the boutique to spend more time with her family. Amanda and Kevin purchased the boutique within 2 weeks, closed the store to remodel and restock.
